Travertine Refinishing

The technician arrived on time, did the work, cleaned up and got out. Marble Floor Refinishing

The purpose of this letter is to express my appreciation for quality of the work that Sureshine performed at my home. From the moment that Paul arrived to provide my estimate to the time the technicians closed the door after my job was completed, your company treated me with care and professionalism.

I received four bids for this project one of which from my previous contractor and was impressed with Paul's knowledge and his demo area which was better than one from another contractor.

When the technicians arrived they spoke to me about the sequence of the job, where to place my furniture (they were worried about putting it outside), they communicated clearly and made me feel at ease at all times.

At the end of the first day I saw significant progress. My husband even commented on one of the completed areas.

When the job was complete, your technicians walked me through the entire job and told me how to maintain the areas with the cleaning solution that they brought.

I am very pleased with the out come and have referred you to several of my neighbors and friends.

I would like to comment on how very pleased I was with (your technicians). They were extremely professional and courteous. When they left my home it was cleaner than when they arrived. They listened to my comments and noted my concerns. They made sure I was completely satisfied with their work before they left.

I would like to have our stamped concrete done in the near future. I would like to have them return to do that work as well.

Tile and Grout Cleaning

To Whom It May Concern,

Recently I was in need of some work to be done on my three bathrooms...caulking, acid wash, and sealing of the tile floors. I looked in the yellow pages and found Sureshine Services listed.

I made an appointment and a representative from your company came out. I believe his name was Tony. Your representative was helpful, informative and very pleasant to deal with.

When I made my appoinment for your workers to come, I just hoped they would be like Tony. Scott and Bill arrived at my door on time and ready to work. From their first handshake and smile, I just liked the two guys. They were professional in every sense of the word. They were very careful of my carpet and did neat work in every sense of the word. They truly were nice guys who did excellent work in my home. I just cannot say enough good things about Scott and Bill. If only all service workers were like them...people would love it!

I am a schoolteacher and as teachers we are always exchanging names of people who have had to work in our homes. I definitely would recommend your company...and Scott and Bill. They represent your company in the finest sense of the word...Awesome!
