The Neck and Back Clinic is committed to the health and wellness of our employees and customers. We show this commitment by adhering to a daily protocol that promotes your health and safety above all else and by using an outside sanitizing service at each facility. 

DAILY

  • NBC uses dedicated staff to clean and sanitize high patients touch areas every hour in every clinic. During the hour, the sole job and responsibility of dedicated NBC Employee are to clean any and all patient area before, during and after any physiotherapy sessions.
  • Clorox ©: NBC uses Clorox Bleach © as directed for sanitation. General instruction is followed from the manufacture for best results.
  • Isopropyl Alcohol: NBC uses 70%+ Isopropyl Alcohol solution as directed for sanitation.
  • NBC employees are mandated to use a hand cleaning solution of soap and water, hand sanitizer of greater than 70% alcohol solution.
  • NBC uses only one therapy cotton towel per patient. Towels are washed, bleached and dried after each shift.
  • Hand sanitizer. Each clinic has multiple hand sanitizers and wall mounted hand sanitizer located in the clinics for employees and patients use.
  • Patients are highly recommended to wear a face covering upon entering, during and exiting the clinics unless:

    a. Medically Exempt – as of 6/26/2020
    b. Disabled Exempt – as of 6/26/2020
    c. Children between the ages of 2-9 years old are exempt – as of 6/26/2020.
  • ALL NBC staff are mandated to wear a face covering or a face shield at all times while in the clinics.
  • NBC air filters are changed on a regular basis from 3rd party air service.
  • NBC employees outside commercial cleaning janitorial company to deep clean each clini over on Sundays.

BI - MONTHLY

  • Every other month we use an outside vendor to electrostatically spray a disinfectant on the entire facility. This hospital grade disinfectant is EPA certified to kill bacteria and viruses including the human corona virus.
  • Electrostatic spraying uses charged microscopic particles that when sprayed properly will wrap around all objects in an area. The charged particles are similar to the poles of a magnet. The same charge does not attract, so these charged particles evenly coat surfaces, sanitizing them.​
  • The process involves spraying an EPA certified disinfectant in each room to eliminate the viral and bacterial load. Products are alternated between visits to prevent the creation of resistant microbes.
